Dr. Ana Corral Alonso


Dr. Ana Corral Alonso was born in Galicia, in the Northwest of Spain, on a dairy farm with several pets.  After completing her veterinary medical training at the University of Leon and the University of Barcelona in 2012, she practiced for a year in Large Animal Medicine.  Following that, she moved to Canada to pursue an internship sponsored by the University of Calgary, working in Large and Small Animal Medicine in Crossfield, AB.  While completing her Canadian licensing exams, she developed a special interest in Small Animal Medicine.  Dr. Ana Corral Alonso has been practicing Small Animal Medicine since 2014 and is passionate about it. She has special interest in Emergency Medicine, Surgery and Diagnostic Imaging and has been a team member at McKnight 24 Hour Veterinary Hospital since 2016. Dr. Ana Corral Alonso is a cat lover and enjoys spending her time off with her beloved Sphynx pet, Sage.
